MEDNAM CLINIC IS A U-FMG
In addition to being a GMF since November 2016, the clinic wants to offer even more services to the community. Thus, in 2023, Mednam Clinic has partnered with McGill University’s Department of Medicine and Health Sciences and has become a U-FMG (university family medicine group).
GMF-Us such as the Mednam Clinic are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and training future family doctors. We welcome medical students and residents to participate in their academic development by offering them first-rate community-based university education. It is within this framework that we welcome trainee doctors: their presence is an integral part of our educational mission and contributes to training the next generation of family doctors, while maintaining continuity of care for you, our patients.

Accredited as a U-FMG (University Family Medicine Group), Clinique MedNam Lachine offers walk-in consultations for patients without a family doctor, in addition to the services provided by our family doctors. Since our opening, we have been committed to providing comprehensive care and high-quality primary care to all our patients.
RENEW OR REPLACE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE CARD
The health insurance card provides access to care covered by the Quebec health insurance plan. Each person must have their own valid card, which includes their photo and signature.
