Since January 14, Santé Québec has required medical clinics to use a relevance filter to ensure that each patient is directed to the right resource. Whether you make an appointment online or by phone, a few simple questions will help us understand your needs and guide you effectively.

To better meet your needs, our clinic now uses the Navig (Vitr.Ai) tool. This tool allows our team to quickly understand your request and refer you to the most appropriate healthcare professional at the right time. Depending on your situation, this may be an appointment with a doctor or another qualified professional, always with the goal of providing you with the most appropriate care.

This approach helps us better prioritize urgent situations, reduce wait times, and improve access to services for all our patients. Rest assured that all your information remains protected and confidential.

  • Wearing a mask is strongly recommended for everyone.
  • It remains mandatory for people with flu or cold symptoms or who have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • Patients aged 14 and over: no accompanying persons are allowed, except in cases of special disability.
  • Pediatric appointments (ages 0-13)

Canceling an Appointment

  • MedNam: 514-780-1873, option 4.

To cancel an appointment at any time, please call the dedicated cancellation number: To cancel (if your appointment is within 48 hours), reschedule, or make a new appointment, please use your portal.

If your appointment is within 48 hours, online cancellation is not possible. You must call us.

A $35 fee may apply for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

We do everything in our power to meet the needs of each patient and to offer you an appointment with a healthcare professional as soon as possible.

However, if your health condition becomes serious or if you feel that you cannot wait until your appointment, we invite you to contact Info-Santé.  Dial 811 (option 1) for health questions and 811 (option 2) for psychosocial needs (Info-Social 811).

You can also go to the emergency room of the hospital of your choice.

Looking for a family doctor?

The clinic and its physicians do not accept direct requests from patients seeking a family physician. You must register online with the Ministry of Health’s Family Physician Access Portal (GAMF) or by calling:

You can also call 811 (option 3) for help with the digital form.

You must have a valid health insurance card and meet certain eligibility criteria.
