- It is also MANDATORY to wear a mask if you are immunosuppressed.

Book an appointment with your family doctor
You can now use the Patient Portal to:
- Book an appointment with your family doctor.
- Since January 2023, you can book an emergency appointment 36-72h in advance with your doctor.
- Book an emergency appointment with another doctor at the clinic.
- Receive and store documents sent by your doctor.
- Please note that a $35 fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

For patients WITHOUT a family doctor at Clinique MedNam Lachine:
You can book an appointment online through Rendez-Vous Santé Québec (RVSQ) or Guichet d’accès à la première ligne (GAP).
*NB: With the implementation of the appointment orchestrator (HUB) by the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), the booking of appointments for the emergency clinic can no longer be done by phone for patients who do not have a family doctor at clinique MedNam Lachine. The Bonjour Santé voice system (514-437-1118) is only functional for patients registered with a family doctor at the clinic.
